Blockings at the faculty will expire in 10 minutes after the successful delisting.
At remote systems - if the local stuff did not override it - expiration is one hour.
For the sucessful delisting you need to solve a special captcha, a fighting fantasy game. If you can't solve the game, contact us for manual delisting.
Delisting doesn't mean that - if you continue spamming/scamming - you won't be listed again. We suggest to check your mailing system before you proceed delisting.
Common cases cause listing in our blocklist:
- open relay
- hacked user account(s)
- configuration errors
